1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using When Did I Last? (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

The App is a productivity tool designed to help you track recurring activities. You are responsible for any data you enter into the App. Since the App is offline-first, you are also responsible for maintaining backups of your data using the provided manual backup tools.

3. Premium Subscriptions and Purchases

Payments: All purchases (Remove Ads, Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, Pro Lifetime) are processed through the Google Play Store.
Subscriptions: Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your Google Play account settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Google Play's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
Lifetime Access: "Lifetime" refers to the life of the App. We guarantee access to Pro features as long as the App is actively maintained and available on the store.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App (excluding user-generated notes and photos) are and will remain the exclusive property of the App developer.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that notifications will always trigger at the exact intended time (as device-level battery optimizations can affect Android's AlarmManager). Use the App as a helpful reminder tool, not as a critical safety system.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to missed appointments, forgotten maintenance, or loss of data.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
